Our residents can now simply use your communities account number at any Sherwin-Williams retail location to obtain our discount for their personal purchases. To stay within community guidelines, we have worked with Sherwin-Williams to create the enclosed color cards for your use. When homeowners request permission to paint the exterior of their home, they will have the option to use any of the color selections provided. You can find a listing of Sherwin-Williams account numbers for each community in the operations manual. There is also a flyer explaining the partnership and color selections for your use. For our inventory homes, please use the interior and exterior selections provided for any refurb work completed. Make sure you rotate the variety of provided color selections up in your community.
